Many people go on diets. To classifiy juicing for wieght loss as a diet in our eyes would be wrong. More like a life change, shift in thought process to who you are and what you eat.

Victoria in the video shed 31 lbs of weight and shrunk her waist by 7 and a half inches! She did a juice fast for 100 days! Good on her!

She was very dedicated and committed, then if you want something badly enough you have to go all out to get it.

Which reminds me of these words of wisdom: ‘If you always do what you have always done, You will always get what you have always got!’

One thing you have in life are choices and you are the product of those choices. If you choose to go on a juice fast then get the correct knowledge to do so. If you have any kind of condtion then it is always best to seek medical advise or talk to a nutritionalist prior to starting.

So if you have weight to lose really think again about those expensive diets plans which will probably fail (have you tried before and failed?). Juicing for weight loss is a commitment you have to make and stick to. Once you have experienced how different it makes you feel for the better, then you will understand how easy it is to keep it up.
